In response to the coronavirus pandemic, an Atlanta teenager had the idea to create a platform that allows people to order meals from local restaurants and donate them to hospital units on the front lines. This simple platform generates needed business for restaurants while helping to feed brave healthcare workers. Wit helped her develop a name, logo and website.
Thanks to local and nationwide news coverage, in just 2 months the themealbridge.com received 32,000 visits resulting in over 35,000 meals ordered and donated to hospitals in Atlanta and across the country. Not bad for a 16 year old.
